LAS VEGAS, NV – A pedestrian was killed in a collision on Highway 95 in east Las Vegas last night, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
The collision occurred on northbound US-95, north of E Charleston Boulevard, at about 9:45 p.m., when a pedestrian was hit by an automobile.
The victim, who has yet to be publicly identified, died as a result.
Authorities closed the northbound lanes of the highway, diverting traffic at Charleston Blvd. Drivers were told to expect major traffic delays and to avoid the area.
