News: 3 people injured in suspected DUI crash on McLeod and Tropicana

LAS VEGAS, NV – One person sustained critical injuries and another two people were hurt as a result of a suspected DUI collision in east Las Vegas this morning, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

The crash occurred on McLeod Drive and Tropicana Avenue at about 6:45 a.m., when a driver suspected of being under the influence crashed into another vehicle.

A passenger in the second vehicle was taken to the hospital with critical, life-threatening wounds.

Two other victims were taken to the hospital for the treatment of non-critical injuries.

Authorities believe that one of the drivers was under the influence at the time, though their investigation continues.
