News Update: Man injured in moped collision on Bryce Canyon Ave dies

LAS VEGAS, NV – The man who’s moped collided with a small dog on Bryce Canyon Ave died Monday, according to a press release.

The incident happened around 9:25 a.m. on the morning of May 17 on Bryce Canyon, near Mt. Hood. Wayne Shiffer was riding his moped east on Bryce Canyon when it collided with a dog who crossed his path. Shiffer was thrown off the moped and was hospitalized for his injuries, which he succombed to on Monday.

In addition to Shiffer, the dog also died following the incident. LVMPD are still investigating the incident at this time.
