News: Reno crash seriously injures two

RENO, NV – A man and woman were seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash Monday morning, reports KOLO.

First responders were dispatched to Kietzke Ln and Vassar St around 1:15 a.m. after a pickup collided with an SUV. The force of the impact sent the SUV into a Carl’s Jr parking lot.

There were two occupants, a man and a woman, in the SUV and they both had to be cut out of the vehicle. The woman suffered life-threatening injuries but the man is expected to survive.

Following the collision, the pickup truck fled the scene. .
