News: Las Vegas man killed in motorcycle crash on SR-318 near Hiko
HIKO, NV (LINCOLN COUNTY) – A motorcyclist from Las Vegas was killed in a rollover accident on State Route 318 in Lincoln County on Thursday morning, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
The crash happened about two miles north of Hiko on SR-318 at around 7:15 a.m., as 73-year-old Las Vegas resident William Allan Darby was driving a 2018 Harley-Davidson motorcycle southbound.
The motorcycle went over the center median and off the highway and into the desert, where it collided with multiple rocks and shrubs. There, it rolled over, causing Darby to be ejected.
Darby was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other vehicles were involved in the accident, which remains under investigation at this time.
