News: Woman killed by hit-and-run driver on Pecos Rd and Irwin Ave
NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV – A woman died after being struck by a hit-and-run driver on Pecos Road in North Las Vegas on Friday evening, according to information from FOX 5 Vegas.
The collision happened at around 5:42 p.m. at N Pecos Road and Irwin Avenue, near Cheyenne Avenue, when a female pedestrian was struck by the driver of a silver 2020 Chevrolet Silverado with black accents.
The driver then fled the scene northbound.
Despite the attempts of crews to resuscitate her, the victim, who was not immediately identified, died at the scene.
