Jennifer Guevara – Back Office Manager

Jennifer Guevara serves as Back Office Manager at Adams & Kutner’s Rancho office in Las Vegas. She helps oversee post-treatment case operations, ensuring a smooth transition between departments while supporting the efficient progression of cases toward resolution. She also assists with negotiating complex matters and resolving issues that may arise during the pre-litigation process.

In her role, Jennifer reviews demands and insurance coverage, negotiates settlements, audits cases, and assists team members with challenging files. Her versatile background allows her to support attorneys, staff, and clients in a variety of ways, including obtaining medical records and bills, confirming insurance coverage, assisting with property damage claims, translating for clients, notarizing documents, and reviewing case files.

Known for her direct yet positive approach, Jennifer believes in leading by example and maintaining high standards while fostering a team-oriented environment. She most enjoys helping clients during difficult times and working to achieve the best possible outcomes on their behalf.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys powerlifting and is proud to squat over 300 pounds and deadlift more than 400 pounds. She also loves spending time with her 11-year-old daughter, whom she considers her best friend.
