Leyah Dombrowski serves as Demand Supervisor at Adams & Kutner’s Rancho office in Las Vegas. She oversees demand operations and manages a team responsible for obtaining medical and billing records, preparing demand packages, and ensuring cases are efficiently transitioned into negotiations.

Leyah has been with the firm for more than four years. She began as a File Clerk, advanced to Demand Representative, and was later promoted to Demand Supervisor. Throughout her tenure, she has helped implement improved procedures within the demand department and has played an important role in training team members to maintain high standards of case handling and client service.

Known for her positive attitude and strong leadership skills, Leyah works closely with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, attorneys, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and smooth case progression. She is particularly passionate about helping individuals whose lives have been impacted by injuries and strives to provide reassurance and support throughout the legal process.
