Bio: Bradley Myers has been fighting for justice on behalf of injury victims for the past 15 years.  After law school, Brad represented the interests of the insurance industry for approximately two years. Bio: Mr. Ali is a senior associate at Adam S. Kutner & Associates. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2009 with a Bachelor’s in Science. He then attended the Charles Widger School of Law at Villanova University in Philadelphia. Mr. Ali earned the Deirdre L. Bailey Leadership Scholarship and the Minority Alumni Book Scholarship while attending law school. After graduating, Mr. Ali moved back to Las Vegas. He was admitted to the Nevada State Bar in November 2014.

He is a member of the Latino Bar Association and works diligently to help the underserved Hispanic community. He has successfully defended clients in civil business matters and negotiated favorable terms for clients in personal injury settlements. Mr. Ali cares deeply and passionately about minority clients and has provided family law pro-bono work.

Bio: Michael S. Gobaud is an associate attorney at the law office of Adam S. Kutner. He was born in Los Angeles and moved to Las Vegas in 2001 where he attended high school at the Las Vegas Academy of the Arts. He then attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Honors College and earned his Bachelor of Arts in philosophy before attending the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV. During law school, he was chosen to participate in the Juvenile Justice Legal Clinic where he represented minors as a student attorney in the Office of the Clark County Public Defender Juvenile Division. He also worked as a law clerk at Robert A. Massi & Associates, a personal injury, business, and real estate firm.

Mr. Gobaud was admitted to the Nevada State Bar in 2014. He began his career as a freelance attorney providing high-quality legal research and writing to assist firms specializing in personal injury, education litigation, and business law. He then opened his own personal injury law firm to pursue his passion for making people whole again after being injured. In his own practice, he was able to obtain very favorable settlements for his clients through skillful negotiation combined with the empathy needed to be an effective advocate. He brings these skills to Mr. Kutner’s office to continue his passionate advocacy for the injured.

In his free time, Mr. Gobaud enjoys powerlifting, dancing, and playing drums. He is proud to be the president of a local non-profit community center where he organizes many beneficial public events because he believes in the importance of enriching this wonderful city he calls home.

Bio: John P. Jimenez, is a 1998 graduate of the Washington University in St. Louis, School of Law. Prior to attending law school, John earned a Bachelor of Arts in Classics, cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis. John started his career as a Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago, initially acting as its prosecutor and then promoted to act as counsel and legal advisor for the City’s Buildings and Land Development Department and finally the City’s special litigation unit attorney. After almost 12 years with the City of Chicago, John moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in the summer of 2009.

Since being admitted to practice in Nevada, he has specialized in representing, Fortune 500 Companies, the City of Henderson, NV, Real Estate Investment Trusts and local businesses in a wide range of matters from insurance defense, corporate governance, premise liability, general liability, and product liability. John is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and the Northern District Court of Illinois.
