News: Coroner releases identity of man killed in Sunrise Manor

LAS VEGAS, NV – The identity of a pedestrian killed in an accident on September 8, 2020 has just been released by the Clark County Coroner’s office, reports Fox 5.

The pedestrian is a 16-year-old male and he died from blunt-force trauma injuries resulting from the accident. His was the 103rd traffic-related fatality of 2020.

Officers originally responded to the scene around 1 a.m. on September 8 following reports of an accident at Carey Avenue and Bledsoe Lane in the Sunrise Manor area of Las Vegas. A pedestrian, now revealed to be a 16-year-old male, was struck by a 2020 GMC Sierra that was driving East.

The pedestrian was transported to a hospital where he died from his injuries.His death was eventually ruled as an accident.
