News: Hit-and-run hospitalizes driver in Paradise

LAS VEGAS, NV – A hit and run accident Friday morning sent a pedestrian to the hospital, according to KTNV.

Police responded to the intersection of Boulder Highway and Flamingo Road around 12:30 a.m. after receiving reports of a crash involving a vehicle and pedestrian. The vehicle did not remain on the scene following the accident.

The vehicle has been identified as a Silver Cadillac CTS. It was going northwest when it struck the pedestrian. Surveillance video shows the driver exiting his vehicle after the collision and then returning to their car following the accident.

The pedestrian was taken to Sunrise Hospital and is in critical condition. The incident is still under investigation.
