MESQUITE, NV – A Bunkerville man was killed on Sunday when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed on Highway 170 in Mesquite, KTNV reports.
Cesar Luiz Sandoval, 33, was traveling south on 170 at about 1:35 a.m. on May 30, when he lost control of his Nissan Rogue south of the intersection with Scrub Lane. The Rogue entered the northbound lanes, ran off the left side of the roadway, hit an embankment, and overturned. Sandoval was thrown from the vehicle. He had not been wearing a seatbelt at the time.
The Nevada Highway Patrol is continuing to investigate the crash.
